‘Hounslow Council  would like to formally invite you and your users to our ‘Preventing and Managing Sight Loss’ Conference on Wednesday 3rd October in the Blue Zone, Civic Centre Hounslow.

I would be grateful if you can also let me know the names of people who are going to attend on the day from your invitation. As we have a limited number of spaces available, we would like to encourage everyone who is interested in attending to register ahead of the event.
If you have any transport needs due to a disability, please let us know as soon as possible. I will then inform you if I can provide you with transport on the day. Transport will only be available for residents of Hounslow.Â’
