An exciting opportunity has arisen to be part of one of Life’s new regional hubs to deliver high quality housing, emotional and practical support services.  We are looking for a creative, self-motivated individual with strong networking skills and experience in this field to inspire a team of support workers and volunteers to extend our outreach work and make a difference to the vulnerable people. The position is focussed mainly on Hounslow but includes supported housing schemes in Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire
