About this event
This session will introduce The State of the Borough – an interactive resource that brings together the latest data to tell the story of Hounslow today. Rather than a performance review or a dense data archive, the report offers a clear, accessible picture of what it’s really like to live, work and do business in the borough.
Through this workshop, we’ll explore how the State of the Borough helps us understand whether Hounslow is a place where people and communities can thrive, not just survive. It weaves together social, economic and environmental insights to highlight both the challenges facing the borough and the strengths that make Hounslow a vibrant and distinctive place.
The session will also show how VCSE groups can use these insights – alongside the Council’s Data Hub for deeper exploration – to:
- Strengthen funding bids and business cases
- Better understand local needs and inequalities
- Support service planning, partnership working and advocacy
Whether you’re rooted in a neighbourhood or working borough-wide, this workshop is an opportunity to connect data with lived experience and use evidence to amplify your impact.
The session will be led by Kasthuri Raveendran, Insight Lead at London Borough of Hounslow.
