Support for Carers in Ealing & Hillingdon – Volunteer with the Ealing Carers Partnership
EHCVS, in partnership with Harlington Care and Carers Trust, is proud to be part of the Ealing Carers Partnership — a project funded by Ealing Council to support unpaid carers across Ealing and Hillingdon, along with those they care for.
As part of this initiative, EHCVS and the Ealing Volunteer Centre are working with local carer teams to recruit committed volunteers who can help deliver meaningful support and raise awareness of carer services and events across the borough.
We are currently seeking volunteers for the following rewarding roles:
Carers Champion
Help raise awareness of the needs of carers in the community, signpost them to services, and promote carer-related events and support networks.
Carer Befriender Volunteer
Offer friendly companionship and emotional support to carers who may be socially isolated or overwhelmed by their caring responsibilities.
Carer Support Volunteer
Work alongside carer support teams to assist with practical tasks, provide information, help at events, and support carers in accessing services. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, empathetic, and passionate about making a tangible difference.
Whether you have personal experience as a carer or simply want to contribute to your community, volunteering with the Ealing Carers Partnership is a great opportunity to make a lasting impact.
