Opportunity to apply to deliver community services in Ealing
Published on: 14 October 2024
Ealing Council are inviting applications from interested organisations to join the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of the following services:
1. Domiciliary care for adults
2. Domiciliary care for children
3. Domiciliary care for Extra Care
4. Day and evening opportunities for adults
5. Floating support services for adults
Ealing Council has a duty to meet the care and support needs of vulnerable adults, children, and carers in the borough where the eligibility criteria are met. As a result, the Council sources a diverse range of services to meet individual care and support needs using a DPS.
The DPS enables the purchasing of individual care packages as well as the spot and block purchase of services. It is an electronic system with referrals and call-offs made through Ealing Council’s nominated e-Brokerage solution.
Services will support vulnerable adults and children with a range of support needs including, but not exclusively adults living with dementia, autistic adults, those with mental health challenges, physical disabilities or sensory impairments or learning disabilities.
The application process will be open to all providers in the North-West London area. This covers Ealing, Brent, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow, Hammersmith and Fulham, Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
Applications open on Friday 11th October. The deadline for applications is 10th November.
