Launch of Ealing Hate Crime Partnership October 2024
Published on: 2 October 2024
We are delighted to invite you to the launch of the Ealing Hate Crime Partnership, which will take place on 17th October from 15:00 to 17:00.
Ealing Council in partnership with the West London Equality Centre will be unveiling its new initiative to combat hate crimes in our community. This in-person event will bring together local leaders, community partners, police and council members to discuss strategies and resources to address this important issue.
Hate crimes damage community cohesion and victims are more likely to suffer long-term mental health issues, as a result, compared to victims of other crimes.
We want to make Ealing a safe place for everyone and together we can succeed.
Find out more about this new initiative and join us on the day. You will have the opportunity of learning more from the CPS, the police and Ealing Safer Community Team as well as other organisations already involved in assisting victims of hate crime. There will be plenty of networking opportunities during the event.
