We are advertising for a new BME organisation development manager post!

This is a fulltime post to support our partner BME organisations with fundraising, governance (including organisation policies), training and staff support. We would love to hear from people who have lived experience of the health inequalities experienced by Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic communities.

Job Title: BME Organisation Development Manager (Two years fixed contract).

The post is likely to be extended and eventually become permanent. This post is funded by City Bridge Trust.

Location: The Post holder will work from home but will be required to organise and attend face to face meetings in London several times per week (mainly Westminster and Kensington & Chelsea).

Salary: £36,000 per annum + 6% pension contributions

Hours: The post is full time (37.5 hours).
