Connected Futures: Young Leaders Programme

Would you like a mentor to help you take the next steps in achieving your goals? 

If you’re from Hounslow, you can apply to be one the first cohort in our Connected Futures: Young Leaders Programme. For 150 18- to 24-year-olds, this exciting 9-month leadership and networking programme will help you gain new skills to support your employability and success in work 

You will meet and hear from local businesses, media and community leaders, and learn how to start a business or enterprise of your own, by visiting different companies and exciting workplaces in the local area.  

Through your own one to one mentor, you will be supported to develop your life goals and aspirations. You will meet consistently with your mentor, who will guide you through the programme and support your pursuit of your next carer step.
