Community Solutions and One Hounslow Connect Event

The Community Solutions Offer to residents builds on the success of the Council’s Community Hub and the significant collaboration with and across Hounslow’s VCSE sector, volunteers and community groups, which was initially in response to the Covid-19 pandemic.  It is a collaborative model involving cross sector partners, and aims to better connect residents to local activities and services, and to get advice and guidance to enable them to live healthier, happier and more independent lives.  Residents will be able to access support and information in person at community locations across the borough, via phone, and through the One Hounslow Connect platform (an online information, advice and guidance hub).

Community Solutions represents a real shift from traditional methods of service delivery and we welcome the opportunity to work closely with VCSE partners on its development and delivery.  Please join us at the Hounslow Voice Network on 19 May to find out more about the Community Solutions approach, One Hounslow Connect, and how your organisation can work with us on it.
