Apr 6, 2017 | Funding

Fusion Lifestyle in partnership with Hounslow Public Health and Leisure have made available the final round of funding for sports clubs and community organisations in Hounslow.
Applications will need to be outcome focused with appropriate evaluation and monitoring practices in place to measure outcomes.
Funding opens: 6th April 2017
Closes: 1st May 2017
Deadline for applications : 6th May 2017

The grant scheme will support projects which deliver on the following outcomes for those they engage:

  • Initiatives that are being delivered in areas of Hounslow with lower levels of participation in physical activity: South Isleworth, Hanworth Park, Cranford, Heston West and Bedfont.
  • Increased uptake of positive healthy lifestyle behaviours, specifically regular participation in physical activity and sport or active travel (walking and cycling).
